Abstract
in recent decades , the conventional financial system has been faced with numerous financial constraints that have undermined the financial stability and some stability of the whole economic system . basically , financial crises of both consumer and producer have negative effects on the economy . on the other hand , one of the main conditions of a robust economy is the ability to control the shocks ( i.e. endogenous and exogenous ) ; and the most necessary actions to identify and control the effects of the shocks should be done . in this paper , by using previous studies , the role of central banks in creating financial crisis has been studied and then the position of this institution in economic defense is drawn . ~~~ finally , some strategies to reduce the likelihood of facing financial distress are presented . this study shows that central banks may adopt expansionary monetary policy and neglect the regulation and full supervision of the crisis - maker .
