Abstract
jihadi management is an issue that its effects on some passages of the islamic revolution have appeared , but its concept has not been mentioned in scientific communities as it deserves . one of the main elements of jihadi management is the agreement of activists in this arena , the central people that the revolutionary guard of the islamic revolution as one of the first and most effective revolutionary institutions , with belief and action in a growing trend could be able to promote and stabilize the security of the people in kurdistan . the security of the people , as a part of the software 's soft approach to jihadi management in the security field , is based on fundamental principles of public mobilization and active participation of people . this approach shows the intellectual orientations of the revolutionary guard of the islamic revolution based on belief in the security of the people in the kurdistan environment . this concept represents the establishment and stabilization of security for the people ( security reference ) by attracting people " s participation ( security server ) . motivated the corps to realize the possible source of support for the islamic revolution . accordingly , this revolutionary institution believes that in order to deal with the kurdistan crisis , security of the people should be taken . the revolutionary guard 's trust in the energy of the people helped the people to develop and develop the policy , which helped to reinforce the fundamental unity of people in confronting the security crisis in kurdistan . in order to understand the above situation , what is the main question about the " " place " " as one of the main elements of jihad management in the field of security management in kurdistan ? " design and with descriptive - analytical method while expressing people 's position , people 's function in the field of security management has been analyzed and analyzed .
