Abstract | ||
Justice designates the justification of the employees' perception of just dealing toward them at work. In management, organizational justice is based on the perceived justice of the employees. This research is intended to clarify the place of this basic issue in religious literature. This role is reviewed through a comparative study, which investigates the science of management and the management based on the teachings of the holy Quran and Nahjolbalaghah. The researchers have tried to analyze the issue for presenting an executive and comprehensive model of perceived justice based on values for the managers to apply at their most basic function of decision making. | ||
