Abstract | ||
The purpose of this study was to design and explain the pattern of motivation of employees according to the nature of rapid reaction units, which are team oriented. The research design, qualitative, and research strategy or approach is based on the data theory approach of the foundation. Two methods of in-depth interviewing and reviewing texts and library documents were used for data collection. Twelve individuals were selected as the participants of the study through interviews with the statistical population, including senior commanders, elites and military officials, and scientific elites. Semi-structured notes were used to record the data, data analysis was performed simultaneously with data collection, and in-depth qualitative analysis of the data was performed using non-formal foundation data including open identification, selective identification, and theoretical identification. The results of the main category of "training passionate and active warriors" include two basic steps in the architecture of mind and spirit and the creation of an intrinsic motivation environment, and the four related categories are causal (mission) and interventionist (individual factors and perceptions of environmental threats) and the ruling context ( Cultural support). Finally, it was suggested that the research findings and findings in quantitative research be compared with the experimental approach as an organizational research plan. | ||
