Abstract | ||
Success in organisational missions is one of the most effective factors in enhancing the status of security organizations and their role - playing in sustainable security of country. This success will not be achieved without the use of employees who have a high level performance and an increasing competitive power capability for the security organization. Proper and purposeful management of individuals' performance and output requires having a comprehensive model and should consider all factors based on the principles of organizing to achieve a desired level of organizational expectations. The purpose of this study is to answer the question of "is the comprehensive model of employees's performance in security organizations of Iran, acceptable?". This study utilizes quantitative method to measure the condition of variables and the model's validity assessment. The statistical population is the employees of organizations whose opinions were used for the acceptability of model. The research data were analyzed using SPSS and LISREL software that explained a model with 5 variables, 14 dimensions and 57 indicators and showed that the proposed model has appropriate acceptability and validity and all the obtained variables can be considered in the design of the final model. Finally, the effects of each of the variables were analyzed in terms of existence. . | ||
