Abstract
In the previous issue: Techniques for Improving Comprehensive Quality and Re-Engineering or Re-Engineering were examined as one of the methods of quality improvement and it is promised that in the next issue, we will introduce modeling of the best as one of the indicators for developing an optimal solution.
