Abstract
The school is a set of worldviews and human beliefs that interpret man and the world; Defines human norms; It addresses the human need for a worldview, and ultimately provides a value system for living and how to live. The school of Shahid Ghasem Soleimani as a universal school and Hereafter its modeling to be modeled by officials and managers is one of the basic necessities of our society today. One of the management methods in Shahid Soleimani school is jihadi management , A management characterized by the characteristics of spirituality, divine satisfaction, flexibility and modernity. The present article, with an analytical-descriptive approach and a combination of documentary and library sources, field experience (participatory observation) and in-depth interviews, seeks to collect and extract data that answers the question: What are the principles, foundations and components of jihadi management based on the school of Shahid Soleimani? Findings indicate that the spirit of self-sacrifice, hard work and effort, responsibility, work conscience, courage and determination in affairs, self-confidence, being a people, contentment, simplicity and good mood, It is based including the principles, foundations and components of jihadi management on the school of Shahid Soleimani
