Abstract | ||
Value engineering is a systematic and structured approach that aims to optimize the value of projects and processes by identifying opportunities for cost reduction, performance improvement and performance enhancement. In this framework, this research examines the proposed solutions for the implementation of value engineering methods in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness in project management and operational processes in Khuzestan water and electricity organization. The effective role of Khuzestan water and electricity organization in the management of water and electricity resources in the south. It highlights the importance of value engineering in achieving organizational goals such as cost optimization, project delivery within budget and schedule, and overall customer satisfaction. Enhancing collaboration between stakeholders, including engineers, designers and end users, to incorporate diverse perspectives and innovative ideas and design alternatives to optimize performance, efficiency and cost-effectiveness, implement effective project management practices, repair strategies and Preventive maintenance in order to increase the life of the infrastructure can be effective in optimizing the use of water and energy resources in the region and the efficiency of the complex and increase the satisfaction of the beneficiaries. | ||
