Abstract
War is one of the complex human and social actions that is evolving along with the growth of human abilities and creativity in the field of technology. On the other hand, war is one of the biggest security problems of countries and the consequences and destruction caused by it cannot be easily compensated. Therefore, finding out the coordinates and characteristics of possible future wars is one of the biggest concerns of strategic issues experts so that in the event of a war, the defeated side will not be harmed or at least minimize the damages caused by the war. Considering that the use of advanced military technologies is one of the most defining features of contemporary and future wars and drones are one of the major examples of the advancement of war technologies, in this research we have sought to answer the question of what ratio between the defense strategy of the forces Armed Islamic Republic of Iran and the need to strengthen the country's drone power can be drawn? In response, as the results of the research, the necessity of strengthening the drone power of the Islamic Republic of Iran was shown in two theoretical and operational dimensions. To achieve this goal, according to the nature of the research, a qualitative method with an explanatory and analytical approach was used.
