Abstract | ||
The current research aims to assess the feasibility of information invasion in religious sources. Information invasion as one of the new approaches in the field of information is a demand that was proposed by the Supreme Leader. The newness of this problem doubled the necessity of producing literature in this field. It was after its design that its nature, dimensions and components were subjected to research studies. One of the important issues in the field of information invasion is its comparison with religious texts and sources. Although the religious explanation of information invasion requires deep ijtihad research in the traditional way of seminaries, but this research has tried to assess the feasibility of information invasion as a jurisprudential issue. In this direction, after providing a definition of information invasion and identifying its dimensions and levels as a matter of jurisprudence, it has been tried to study its jurisprudential implications from sources of ijtihad, i.e. the Holy Quran, the Sunnah and the intellect. The findings of the research show that information invasion is possible in terms of occurrence and any level of information invasion can be presented to religious sources and its response can be received from Sharia. | ||
