Abstract | ||
In this article, the erosion of river walls has been investigated and introduced which caused a lot of damage in the land around the river and structures In this way, it reduces the potential of usable land around the rivers If the material of the walls is fine-grained, non-sticky, surface erosion will occur due to the impact of waves on the walls. In the case that the materials of the walls are types of the above materials, the rise of the underground water level and the drainage of the water from the walls towards the river will wash away the fine particles and cause the coarse particles to fall. One of the common solutions to prevent the erosion of the walls is to stabilize the shores in an indirect way In the indirect method of stabilizing the beaches by constructing transverse structures or spure dikes, which is called epi. per | ||
