| چکیده | ||
| در این مقاله، موضوع پیروی در ادبیات مدیریت و در دیدگاه امام خمینی(ره) و امام خامنهای (مدظلّه) مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و الگوی پیروی در سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی مبتنی بر دیدگاههای ایشان، بررسی شده است.هدف مقاله، عرضه الگوی مطلوبِ پیروی از دیدگاه امام خمینی(ره) و امام خامنهای در سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی در ابعاد مبانی پیروی، ویژگیها و تعاملات پاسداران، عوامل تأثیرگذار، راهبردها و پیامدهای پیروی در سپاه است.نوع تحقیق، "کیفی" و روش تحلیل داده ها،"نظریه پردازی داده بنیاد" است. در فرایند تحقیق از طریق کد گذاریهای باز، محوری و انتخابی، الگوی مفهومی پیروی در سپاه با عنوان "پیروی تعالی بخش" استخراج شده است. الگوی پیروی تعالی بخش دارای مراحل پیروی "عرفی"، "عالمانه"، "بصیرانه" و " مؤمنانه" است که روند بالنده و رو به رشد دارد و تا پیروی مؤمنانه ادامه می یابد. | ||

| In this article, the subject of followership in management literature, from the viewpoints of Imam Khomeini (p.b.u.h.) and Imam Khamenei (may his life last) has been deliberated and the followership model in IRGC based on their viewpoints has been clarified. The purpose of the article is to present the ideal followership model from the viewpoints of Imam Khomeini (p.b.u.h.) and Imam Khamenei (may his life last) in IRGC in different dimensions of the bases of followership, specialties and interactions of the guard corps , affecting factors, strategies , and outcomes of followership in the guard corps. The research is of qualitative kind and its data analysis method is based on the “grounded theory”. In the process of the research the conceptual model of followiership in the guard corps by the title of “ transcending followership ” has been extracted through open, axial, and selective coding. The transcending followership model includes the stages of common, wisdom ,insight-based, and faith-based followership which have a growing trend and they will continue up to the faith-based followership. | ||
