| چکیده | ||
| این مقاله با مطالعه دقیق سخنان حضرت علی(ع)، ابتدا نظام فکری و فرهنگی امام علی(ع) را به سه بخش« الف) از بین بردن تعصبات قومی قبیله ای و برقراری مساوات ب) از بین بردن فساد اقتصادی و فاصله طبقاتی ج) مبارزه با ظلم و ستم و رعایت حقوق مردم» تقسیم کرده و بعد از آن، دیدگاه حضرت علی(ع) را بر روابط میان فرهنگی مورد بررسی قرار داده و در پایان تأثیر روابط بین خرده فرهنگها بر نوع رفتار زمامداران و کارگزازان حکومت اسلامی را در سه بخش «الف) روابط میان اقشار مختلف جامعه ب) روابط میان اقلیت های مذهبی ج) روابط میان قبائل و نژادهای مختلف»، بررسی کرده است. این پژوهش با بهره گیری از مطالعات کتابخانه ای که منبع اصلی آن کتاب نهج البلاغه است با شیوه توصیفی تحلیلی به بررسی این مطالب پرداخته است. نتایج نشان می دهد که حضرت علی(ع) در راه تباین و توافق میان فرهنگهای مختلف، فرهنگهای نادرست را با دلیل و منطقی روشن رد، و فرهنگ و آداب و رسوم صحیح را تأیید، و مطابق با آن رفتار می کرده است. | ||

| Studying Imam Ali’s (peace be upon him) sayings carefully, this article has initially divided Imam Ali’s (peace be upon him) cultural and thinking system into three parts: a. annihilating ethnical - tribal prejudices and establishing equality, b. vanishing economical corruption and caste differences, and c. fighting against injustice and observing human rights. Then, it has argued Imam Ali’s (peace be upon him) viewpoints on intercultural relations and finally, it has delibrated the impression of subcultural relations on the behavior of the rulers and officials of the Islamic government in three sections: a. the relations among different classes of the society, the relations among the religious minorities, and c. the relations among various tribes and races. Using library studies method, mainly based on the Nahjolbalagheh, the research has examined the issues via descriptive-analytical method. The results represent that comparing different cultures , Imam Ali (peace be upon him) has rejected false cultures reasonably and has approved true cultures , costumes , and traditions through observing them. He has severely emphasized on dealing with the people in different conditions. Establishing justice and equity the Imam (peace be upon him) has created ideal relationships among various cultures and people of different beliefs even those who have not believed in Islam. | ||
