Abstract | ||
This article is intended to design a model for evaluation of high grading officers performance according to multi-attribute decision making (MADM). Having studied present standards and attributes regarding high grade officers performance in the research literature, Islam and the sayings of the supreme leader, the researchers designed three approaches regarding the role of management, managers competencies, and the outcomes of management. As the research emphasized on presenting a model for practical evaluation and solving the challenges, after reviewing the ideas of the experts and making a qualitative and quantitative analysis on them, the suggested model was revised. Finally, it resulted in a recoverable and unrecoverable model. | ||
