| چکیده | ||
| این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی چالشها و الزمات مدیریت جهادی در کشور انجام شده است. به همین منظور در این تحقیق از یک سو سعی شده است ضمن شناسایی چالشهای فرا روی مدیریت جهادی، نسبت به شناسایی و طبقه‌بندی آنها و آسیبها در سه شاخه ساختاری، رفتاری و زمینهای اقدام شود و از سوی دیگر الزامات تحقق مدیریت جهادی در چهار بعد رویکردی، مدیریتی، انسانی و ساختاری مشخص گردد. روش این تحقیق از نوع کاربردی، و به لحاظ ماهیت از جنس پیمایشی ـ توصیفی است. در این پژوهش از دو پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. روایی پرسشنامه ها توسط استادان دانشگاه و خبرگان تحقیق مورد تأیید قرار گرفت که روایی پرسشنامه چالشها 85/0 و پرسشنامه الزامات 88/0 بهدست آمد. در این تحقیق به منظور رتبه بندی و تعیین اهمیت ابعاد و شاخصها در دو بخش چالشها و الزامات از آزمون تکرار مجدد استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش را دو طیف از مدیران و کارشناسان نهادهای انقلاب اسلامی و دستگاه های فرهنگی تشکیل می دهند. نتایج نشان می دهد که به ترتیب چالشهای رفتاری (29/89)، زمینهای (42/85) و ساختاری (95/81) از اهمیت بسیاری برخوردار، و لازم است بهگونهای شایسته مدیریت شود. در بخش الزامات اجرای مدیریت جهادی نیز به ترتیب الزامات مدیریتی (15/89)، انسانی (87/81)، رویکردی (37/79) و ساختاری (40/76) از اولویت 1 تا 4 برخوردار است. در پایان پیشنهادها و راهکارهایی به منظور دستیابی به مدیریت جهادی و انقلابی در سازمانهای نظام مقدس جمهوری اسلامی ایران، بویژه ارگانهایی که از پیشینه نهادی برخوردار بودند، ارائه شده است. | ||

| The research has been performed to recognize jehadic management challenges and requirements in the country. To do this, it has been tried, in addition to recognizing and classifying challenges ofjehadic management, these challenges and damagesto be classified in three structural, behavioral, and background branches in the research, on the one hand;and the fulfilment of the jehadic management requirements in four dimensions of approach, management, man, and structure to be determined, on the other. The method of the research is of applied kind and it is survey-descriptive, in nature.Two kinds of questionnaire haven used in this research. The validity of the questionnaires have been approved by university professors and research experts. The validity of the challenges questionnaire is 0.85 and that of the requirements is 0.88.Repetitive testswere used for ranking and determining the importance of dimensions and indices in challenges and requirements. The population is composed of managers and experts of the Islamic revolutionary institutes and cultural organs. The outcomes indicate that behavioral (89.29), background(85.42),and structural(81.95) challenges are of much more importance, respectively; so they should be managed appropriately. In the second part, requirements of executing jehadic management, also managerial (89.15), human (81.87), approach (79.37), and structural (76.40)requirements enjoin priorities from 1 to 4, respectively. At last, some suggestions and courses of action are introduced for achieving revolutionary and jehadic management in the organizations of the holy system of the Islamic Republic of Iran, especially those organs which enjoin institutional backgrounds. | ||
