| چکیده | ||
| امروزه، اطلاعات نقش سرمایه ی یک سازمان را ایفا می‌کند و حفاظت از اطلاعات سازمان یکی از ارکان مهم بقای آن است. از طرفی مشکلات و موانع امنیتی یکی از اساسی‌ترین موضوعات مطرح در زمینه‌ی سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی است. هدف این پژوهش بررسی تاثیرات امنیت فناوری اطلاعات بر عملکرد سیستم مرزبانی فراجا است. ایران به دلیل واقع شدن در منطقه خاورمیانه با مخاطرات، چالش‌ها و تحولات عمده در محیط امنیتی خود رو به رواست. محیط راهبردی ایران، در معرض حوزه های متعدد ژئوپلیتیک بیرونی قرار دارد. تهدیداتی چون مهاجرت‌های غیرقانونی، قاچاق مواد مخدر و سلاح، ورود کالاهای ممنوعه، ناامنی نواحی مرزی و... در کنار تحرکات قومی-مذهبی به‌ویژه پس از جنگ افغانستان، امنیت مرزهای شرقی ایران را به مخاطره انداخته است. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و جامعه آماری آن شامل فرماندهان ارشد و افسران مرزبانی فراجا در استان سیستان و بلوچستان می‌باشد. در پژوهش حاضر از شیوه نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده استفاده شده است. در این تحقیق برای آمار توصیفی از جداول آمار توصیفی و برای آمار استنباطی از روش حداقل مربعات جزیی (معادلات ساختاری) و نرم افزار SmartPls استفاده شده است. در نهایت متغیرهای امنیت فناوری اطلاعات در سازمان مرزبانی فراجا، متغیرهای عملکرد سازمانی در سازمان مرزبانی فراجا استخراج شده و روابط میان امنیت فناوری اطلاعات و عملکرد سازمانی فراجا کشف گردید. نتایج حاصل از مدل ساختاری این پژوهش نشان داد که امنیت فناوری اطلاعات در موضوع مورد بررسی شامل سه بعد کیفیت سیستم، کیفیت اطلاعات و کیفیت خدمات می‌باشد. | ||

| Today, information plays the role of an organization's capital, and protecting the organization's information is one of the most important pillars of its survival. On the other hand, security problems and obstacles are one of the most basic issues in the field of information systems. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of information technology security on the performance of Faraja Border Guard System. Due to its location in the Middle East region, Iran is facing risks in its security environment. It is a fact that Iran's strategic environment, including national security, is exposed to many external geopolitical spheres. This research is practical in terms of purpose. The statistical population includes the senior commanders and border guard officers of Faraja in Sistan and Baluchistan province. In this research, simple random sampling method was used. In this research, descriptive statistics tables were used for descriptive statistics and partial least squares method was used for inferential statistics. Finally, the variables of information technology security in the Faraja Border Guard Organization, organizational performance variables in the Faraja Border Guard Organization were extracted and the relationships between information technology security and Faraja organizational performance were discovered. The results of the structural model of this research showed that information technology security in the subject under investigation includes three dimensions of system quality, information quality and service quality. | ||
