| چکیده | ||
| نظام جمهوری اسلامی، با توجه به ذات و اقتضائاتی که دارد، همواره با مخالفینی در داخل و خارج کشور مواجه بوده است که بایستی شیوه‌ی مواجهه با آن‌ها مشخص شود. از طرفی با توجه به ابتناء این نظام بر دین اسلام که نسبت به امنیت جامعه اهمیت خاصی قائل بوده و این امر را می‌توان از بسیاری احکام سیاسی و اجتماعی درک نمود، باید این شیوه را از آن و با توجه به عناوینی مانند باغی محارب و مفسد فی الارض استخراج نمود. باغیان از منظر اسلام گروهی می باشند که علیه حکومت و رکن آن یعنی امام عادل قیام کرده‌اند؛ محاربان نیز کسانی هستند که با اقدام مسلحانه از مردم سلب امنیت کرده و ایجاد رعب و وحشت می‌نمایند و مفسدان فی الارض نیز کسانی هستند که اقدام به ایجاد فساد گسترده می‌کنند. با توجه به گونه‌های مختلفی که مخالفین نظام جمهوری اسلامی دارند، برخی از آن‌ها ذیل هیچ یک از عناوین یاد شده، برخی ذیل یک یا دو عنوان و برخی ذیل هر سه عنوان، قابل دسته‌بندی هستند. در این پژوهش به این سوال پاسخ داده شده که مخالفین داخلی نظام، با توجه به عناوین یاد شده و آموزه‌های دینی، چگونه دسته بندی شده و شیوه‌ی برخورد با ایشان چگونه است؟ در پاسخ به این سوال، از روش توصیفی تحلیلی و برهانی، از داده‌های وحیانی، عقلانی و مشاهدات میدانی، استفاده شده است . | ||

| The Islamic Republic system, considering its nature and requirements, has always faced opponents inside and outside the country, and the way to deal with them should be determined. On the other hand, due to the emphasis of this system on the Islamic religion, which attaches special importance to the security of the society, and this can be understood from many political and social rulings, this method should be removed from it and due to titles such as Baghi Mohareb and Mufasad. It was extracted from the earth. From the point of view of Islam, the rebels are a group that has risen against the government and its pillar, Imam Adel; Militants are also those who deprive the people of security and create terror with armed action, and the corrupters of the earth are also those who attempt to create widespread corruption. According to the different types of opponents of the Islamic Republic of Iran, some of them can be classified under none of the mentioned titles, some under one or two titles, and some under all three titles. In this research, the question has been answered that the internal opponents of the system, according to the mentioned titles and religious teachings, how are they categorized and what is the way of dealing with them? In response to this question, descriptive analytical and proof method, from revelation data, rational data and field observations have been used. | ||
