| چکیده | ||
| مدیریت زنجیره تامین پایدار به عنوان یک فلسفه سازمانی مهم به دنبال دستیابی به سودآوری از طریق کاهش آثار مخرب زیست محیطی می‌باشد. سازمان‌ها باید دانش و اطلاعات کافی در مورد صنعت و توسعه پایدار خود داشته باشند تا بتوانند مسیر اجرای اقدامات پایدار را طی کنند. یکی از مهمترین عواملی که در اجرای زنجیره تامین پایدار تاثیر بسزایی دارد مدیریت دانش است. مدیریت دانش می‌تواند عملکرد زنجیره تامین را در محافظت از محیط زیست ارتقا دهد و جایگاه رقابتی سازمان را رشد دهد. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی موانع مؤثر و کلیدی در به کارگیری مدیریت دانش در شبکه زنجیره تأمین با در نظر گرفتن جنبه‌های پایداری است. جامعه آماری پژوهش خبرگان شرکت لبنی کاله متشکل از 5 نفر مدیر اجرایی، 3 کارشناس برنامه‌ریزی و مدیر آموزش و دانش هستند که از طریق روش نمونه‌گیری قضاوتی انتخاب شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها توسط یک رویکرد جدید مبتنی بر دیمتل و روش بهترین-بدترین اوزان انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که موانع مدیریتی و موانع نوآوری و تکنولوژیکی در میان سایر ابعاد اصلی از اولویت بالایی برخوردارند. موانع "عدم برنامه‌ریزی مدیریتی در خصوص پذیرش مدیریت دانش در زنجیره تأمین پایدار"، "مسئولیت‌پذیری ضعیف مدیران در حوزه زنجیره تأمین" و "عدم در نظر گرفتن جنبه‌های تکنولوژیکی توسط مدیران با دیدگاه‌های سنتی" به ترتیب به عنوان مهمترین موانع مؤثر در استقرار مدیریت دانش در زنجیره تأمین پایدار بود. | ||

| Sustainable supply chain management, as an important organizational philosophy, seeks to achieve profitability through the reduction of harmful environmental effects. Organizations must have sufficient knowledge and information about their industry and sustainable development in order to be able to follow the path of implementing sustainable measures. One of the most important factors that has a significant impact on the implementation of a sustainable supply chain is knowledge management. Knowledge management can improve the performance of the supply chain in protecting the environment and grow the competitive position of the organization. The purpose of the current research is to investigate the effective and key obstacles in the application of knowledge management in the supply chain network, taking into account the aspects of sustainability. The statistical research community of Kale dairy company experts consists of 5 executive directors, 3 planning experts and education and knowledge manager who were selected through judgmental sampling method. Data analysis was done by a new approach based on Dematel and the best-worst weights method. The results showed that managerial barriers and innovation and technological barriers have high priority among other main dimensions. The obstacles of "lack of managerial planning regarding the acceptance of knowledge management in the sustainable supply chain", "weak responsibility of managers in the field of supply chain" and "non-consideration of technological aspects by managers with traditional views" are respectively the most important effective obstacles in the establishment of knowledge management. It was stable in the supply chain. | ||
