| با توجه به نقش پررنگ دین و فرهنگ شیعی در شکل‌گیری نظام جمهوری اسلامی، باید دید آیا اصولا ایجاد فرهنگی بر مبنای آموزه‌های شیعی امکان تحقق دارد و در صورت تحقق، خصوصیات و ویژگی‌های آن کدام‌اند؟ در این تحقیق با استفاده از ظرفیت فلسفه و حکمت اسلامی، مسأله فرهنگ بدون در نظر گرفتن فرهنگ خاصی، مورد واکاوی قرار گرفته تا بر اساس آن امکان تحقق فرهنگی بر اساس آموزه‌های شیعه بررسی و در صورت تحقق، خصوصیات و ویژگی‌های آن کشف و استخراج شود. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد، مذهب شیعه به نحو احسن از عهده تمام وظایف و خصوصیات فرهنگ برآمده و ضمن استخراج شانزده خصوصیت و ویژگی «فرهنگ شیعی» نه تنها امکان تحقق آن اثبات می‌شود، بلکه می‌توان این خصوصیات شانزده‌گانه را به عنوان اصول فرهنگ شیعی، معیار بررسی فرهنگ در برنامه‌ریزی‌های مختلف کشور قرار داد. این تحقیق یک تحقیق کیفی است که با استفاده از ابزار فیش برداری در میدان اسناد و مدارک موجود در حوزه مسئاله تحقیق، به گردآوری اطلاعات، و با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی به تجزیه و تحلیل آن‌ها پرداخته است. | ||

| Considering the prominent role of religion and Shia culture in the formation of the Islamic Republic, the question arises as to whether it is at all possible to establish a culture based on Shia teachings, and if so, what its characteristics and features would be. In this study, using the capacities of Islamic philosophy and wisdom, the issue of culture—regardless of any specific culture—has been examined, so that based on this groundwork, the possibility of establishing a culture according to Shia teachings may be investigated, and in case of feasibility, its characteristics and features may be discovered and extracted. The findings of the research show that the Shia school is fully capable of fulfilling all the functions and features of culture, and in addition to identifying sixteen characteristics and features of “Shia culture,” not only is the possibility of its realization confirmed, but these sixteen characteristics can also be considered as the principles of Shia culture and as criteria for evaluating culture in various national planning programs. This research is qualitative, employing the technique of note-taking in the field of documents and records related to the research problem for data collection, and using a descriptive–analytical method for analysis. | ||
