چکیده | ||
مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی رواندرمانی تحلیل تابعی بر اضطراب قلب و علائم معدهای – رودهای جانبازان با سابقه مراجعه مکرر به درمانگاه - بیمارستان انجام شد. این پژوهش به روش نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون - پس آزمون با گروه آزمایش و گواه انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه جانبازان بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران شهر اراک؛ با سابقه مراجعه مکرر به درمانگاه - بیمارستان جهت دریافت خدمات پزشکی در سال 1403 تشکیل دادند. در پژوهش حاضر 30 نفر با استفاده از روش غیرتصادفیِ هدفمند انتخاب و سپس به روش تصادفی 15 نفر در گروه آزمایش و گروه گواه قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش در 12 جلسه 60 دقیقهای با روش رواندرمانی تحلیل تابعی تحت درمان قرار گرفته، در حالی که گروه گواه هیچ مداخلهای دریافت نکردند. در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه شاخص پزشکی سلامت کرنل و پرسشنامه استاندارد اضطراب قلب استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین میانگین نمرات پس آزمون گروه آزمایش و گواه تفاوت معنیداری وجود دارد و رواندرمانی تحلیل تابعی به طور معنی داری موجب بهبود اضطراب قلب، علائم معدهای – رودهای شده است (P<0/01). بر اساس یافتههای پژوهش حاضر، رواندرمانی تحلیل تابعی، بر بهبود اضطراب قلب و علائم معدهای – رودهای جانبازان با سابقه مراجعه مکرر به درمانگاه - بیمارستان مؤثر میباشد. | ||

The present study was conducted with the aim of determining the effectiveness of functional analysis psychotherapy on heart anxiety and gastrointestinal symptoms of veterans with a history of frequent visits to the clinic-hospital. This research was conducted in a semi-experimental way with a pre-test-post-test design with experimental and control groups. The statistical population of the research is all the veterans of the Martyr's Foundation and Veteran Affairs of Arak city; With a history of frequent visits to the clinic-hospital to receive medical services, they formed in 1403. In the current study, 30 people were selected using a non-random method and then 15 people were randomly selected in the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group was treated with functional analysis psychotherapy in 12 sessions of 60 minutes, while the control group did not receive any intervention. In this research, the Cornell Medical Health Index Questionnaire and the Standard Heart Anxiety Questionnaire were used. The results showed that there is a significant difference between the mean post-test scores of the experimental group and the control group, and functional analysis psychotherapy has significantly improved heart anxiety, gastrointestinal symptoms (P<0.01). Based on the findings of the current research, functional analysis psychotherapy is effective in improving heart anxiety and gastrointestinal symptoms of veterans with a history of frequent visits to the clinic-hospital. | ||
