چکیده | ||
این پژوهش با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش شناختی- رفتاری گروهی بر بهبود تعاملات ارتباطی، دلزدگی و گسستگی عاطفی زنان شاغل نظامی 40 تا 50 ساله اجرا گردید. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه زنان 40 تا 50 ساله بودند که به دلیل مشکلاتی در تعاملات ارتباطی با همسرانشان و همچنین به دلیل دلزدگی زناشویی و گسستگی عاطفی از ابتدای اسفند 1403 تا انتهای اردیبهشت 1403 به مرکز مشاوره و خدمات روانشناختی آستان مهر مشهد مراجعه نمودند. در این پژوهش حجم نمونه 30نفر تعیین شد که این نمونه آماری به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شده و به تصادف در دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و کنترل (15 نفر) قرار گرفتند. شرکت کنندگان ابتدا در مرحله پیش آزمون به پرسشنامه های رضایت زناشویی انریچ(1998)، دلزدگی زناشویی پاینز (1996) و گسستگی عاطفی گاتمن (1988) پاسخ دادند. مداخله آموزشی آموزش شناختی – رفتاری گروهی بر مبنای رویکرد داتیلیو (2020) در 10 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای بر روی گروه آزمایش اجرا گردید و در نهایت شرکت کنندگان هر دو گروه در مرحله پس آزمون به پرسشنامه های مورد نظر پاسخ دادند. داده ها به دست آمده جهت تحلیل فرضیات پژوهش به وسیله آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس تک متغیره مورد تجزیه وتحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته های به دست آمده نشان داد (p<0/05) در مرحله پس آزمون در شاخص های تعاملات ارتباطی، دلزدگی و گسستگی عاطفی بین دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. می توان نتیجه گرفت آموزش شناختی- رفتاری گروهی بر تعاملات ارتباطی، دلزدگی زناشویی و گسستگی عاطفی رنان نظامی شاعل تاثیر دارد. | ||

This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of group cognitive-behavioral training on improving relations, marital dissatisfaction and emotional detachment of women aged 40 to 50; The statistical population of this research was all women aged 40 to 50 who referred to Astan Mehr Mashhad Psychological Services and Counseling Center from the beginning of March 1402 to the end of May 1403. 30 people were determined, and this statistical sample was selected by available sampling method and randomly divided into two experimental (15 people) and control (15 people) groups. Enrich Marital Satisfaction Scale - (1998), Pines' Marital Discomfort (1996) and Gutman's Emotional Dissociation (1988) answered after comparing the two groups at this stage by independent T-test, from the first week of June to the end of the first week of July 2013 The educational intervention of group cognitive-behavioral training based on the approach of Datilio (2020) was implemented in 10 90-minute sessions on the experimental group, and finally, the participants of both groups answered the desired questionnaires in the post-test stage, and the data were obtained In order to analyze the hypotheses of the research, it was analyzed by univariate analysis of covariance test. The findings showed (p<0.05) that there is a significant difference between the two experimental and control groups in the indicators of sexual relationship, marital boredom and emotional detachment in the post-test phase, so it can be concluded that group cognitive-behavioral training is based on It has an effect on sex, marital boredom, and emotional dissociation. | ||
