چکیده
با توجه به اهمیت مسائل مربوط به سلامت روان در بین دانشجویان و فراگیران پلیس، پژوهش حاضر با هدف مطالعه سلامت روان دانشجویان و فراگیران مجتمع آموزش عالی زنان پلیس انجام شد. پژوهش ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻟﺤﺎظ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدی و ﺑﻪ ﻟﺤﺎظ روش از نوع کیفی بود . جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان و فراگیرانی بود که نمره بالایی از پرسشنامه (scl-90) کسب کرده بودند. نمونه بعد از رسیدن به اشباع نظری، متوقف شد که در این پژوهش 22 نفر بود. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات در بخش کیفی با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه ساخت‌یافته صورت گرفت. برای تعیین روایی محتوایی، سوالات مصاحبه در اختیار اساتید و خبرگان علمی قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها در بخش کیفی با استفاده از رویکرد تحلیل مضمون براون و کلارک ( 2006) انجام شد و پس از کدگذاری، حداکثر مقوله‌ها و مضامین مشترک جمع آوری گردید. جهت صحت و سقم داده ها از معیارهای گوبا و لینکن (1989) استفاده شد. تحلیل یافته‌های مصاحبه با دانشجویان مجموعا 53 کد باز، 8 کد محوری و 3 کد انتخابی شناسایی شد که عوامل تاثیرگذار بر سلامت روان دانشجویان و فراگیران در سه مضمون اصلی از جمله عوامل سازمانی، عوامل انسانی و عوامل خانوادگی شناسایی شدند. پیشنهاد می شود راهکارهای بهبود سلامت روان دانشجویان و فراگیران پلیس زن مورد مطالعه قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]
Considering the importance of mental health issues among police students and trainees, the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the mental health of students and trainees of the women police college complex. The present study was qualitative in terms of both purpose and method. The statistical population included all students and trainees who had achieved a high score in the questionnaire (scl-90). The sample was stopped after reaching theoretical saturation, which in this study was 22 people. The data was collected in the qualitative part using semi-structured interviews. In order to determine content validity, the interview questions were put to professors and academic experts. Data analysis in the qualitative section was conducted using Braun and Clark's (2006) thematic analysis approach and maximum categories and common themes were collected after coding Guba & Lincoln's criteria (1989) were used for the validity of the data. When analyzing the results of the survey of students, a total of 53 open codes, 8 central codes and 3 selective codes were identified. The factors affecting students' and learners' mental health were categorized into three main themes, including organizational factors, human factors, and family factors. It is proposed to explore ways to improve the mental health of police students and trainees.
