چکیده | ||

چکیده [English] | ||
The present research aims to explore the role of technical information based on emerging technologies in improving situational awareness. In today's world, technical information has a special place in the foreign policy of countries, and without situational awareness, no decision can be made. This research has attempted to demonstrate, through descriptive methodology, analysis and reference to scientific documents, that in the era of information explosion and saturation of the human brain's capacity, there is a need to use emerging technologies to analyze this volume of data and achieve situational awareness. Harnessing emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, neural networks, quantum and analytical data science to raise awareness is not without its challenges. To address this, it is necessary to apply the principles of the security model of the information exchange space, i.e. to maintain confidentiality and prevent unauthorized access to data, to ensure access to data by authorized persons at the time of need, and to maintain data integrity without manipulation and editing by third parties. But it's an environment full of volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity. By drawing a clear vision of the future, access to diverse and intersecting sources of information, breaking big issues down into smaller issues and making them clearer, and the power to adapt to change and build agility to overcome challenges.
