| چکیده | ||
| این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تحولات سبک‌های تحصیلی طلاب و پیامدهای میان رشته‌ای و کاربردی شدن علوم در حوزه‌های علمیه انجام شده است. ضرورت این پژوهش ناشی از نیاز به بازتعریف نقش طلاب در مواجهه با چالش‌های معاصر و تطبیق علوم حوزوی با نیازهای روز جامعه است. در این پژوهش، ابتدا ریخت‌شناسی زمینه‌ها و دلایل تنوع سبک‌های تحصیلی طلاب بررسی شده است. سپس سه پیشران اصلی شامل میان‌رشتگی و کاربردی شدن علم، اقتصادی شدن علم، و مشارکتی شدن فرآیند علم‌آموزی تبیین شده و یکی از این پیشرانها (میان‌رشتگی و کاربردی شدن علم) مورد تحلیل عمیق قرار گرفته است. روش تحقیق مبتنی بر تحلیل پیشران و استفاده از چرخ آینده با مشارکت پانل متخصصان بوده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که میان‌رشتگی و کاربردی شدن علم، پیامدهای قابل‌توجهی برای حوزه‌های علمیه به همراه خواهد داشت. دو یافته کلیدی عبارتند از: ۱) پیش‌بینی شکل‌گیری بازار رزومه‌سازی به دلیل افزایش نیاز به تخصص‌های متنوع و رقابتی شدن فضای علمی؛ ۲) اهمیت رویکرد حل مسئله‌ای به‌عنوان راهکاری اصلی برای برون‌رفت علوم حوزوی از وضعیت فعلی و پاسخگویی به نیازهای جامعه. سایر یافته‌ها نشان‌دهنده افزایش تمایل طلاب به ارتباطات میان‌رشته‌ای و تحصیلات دانشگاهی، رشد آموزش‌های مهارت‌محور، کمرنگ شدن علوم سنتی حوزوی مانند فقه و اصول، و تقویت کارهای تیمی در حوزه‌های دینی است. این پژوهش بر ضرورت بازنگری در ساختارهای آموزشی و پژوهشی حوزه‌های علمیه تأکید دارد تا بتوانند به‌طور مؤثر با چالش‌های معاصر همگام شوند. | ||

| This study aims to investigate the transformations in seminary students' educational styles and the interdisciplinary and practicalization implications of sciences in seminaries. The necessity of this research arises from the need to redefine the role of seminary students in confronting contemporary challenges and adapting seminary sciences to the current needs of society. In this study, the morphology of the contexts and reasons for the diversity of seminary students' educational styles are first examined. Subsequently, three main drivers are identified and explained, including interdisciplinarity and practicalization of knowledge, economization of science, and the participatory nature of the learning process. One of these drivers (interdisciplinarity and practicalization of knowledge) is then analyzed in depth. The research method is based on driver analysis and the use of futures wheel with the participation of an expert panel. The findings indicate that interdisciplinarity and the practicalization of knowledge will have significant implications for seminaries. Two key findings are: (1) the prediction of a resume-building market formation due to the increasing demand for diverse expertise and the competitive academic environment; (2) the importance of a problem-solving approach as a fundamental strategy to transition seminary sciences from their current state and address societal needs. Other findings reveal an increasing tendency among seminary students toward interdisciplinary connections and academic education, the growth of skill-based training, the diminishing focus on traditional seminary sciences such as jurisprudence and principles, and the strengthening of teamwork within religious domains. This study emphasizes the necessity of revising educational and research structures in seminaries to effectively align with contemporary challenges. | ||
