| چکیده | ||
| تعلیموتربیت یکی از محوریترین مسائل در هر نظام و جامعهای است، از همین رو مقاممعظمرهبری به عنوان عالیترین مقام در نظام سیاسی کشور و از شخصیتهای برجسته جهان اسلام بارها در بیانات خود آن را مطرح کند. هدف اصلی پژوهش، طراحی الگوی تعلیموتربیت در منظومه فکری مقاممعظمرهبری است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، رویکرد اتخاذی کیفی و از نوع تحلیل مضمون است. میدان مطالعه 491 مورد از بیانات مقام معظم رهبری در طول دوره زعامت ایشان است. روش نمونهگیری تمامشماری بوده و حجم نمونه برابر جامعه منظور شده است. دادهها پس از فیشبرداری اسنادی، اینترنتی به شیوهی تحلیل مضمون مورد تجزیه وتحلیل قرارگرفتند و الگوی فرایندی تعلیموتربیتاسلامی طراحی و ترسیم شد. طی این مطالعه 11 مضمون سازماندهنده و 66 مضمون پایه شناسایی شد که در5 مضمون فراگیر دستهبندی شدند. نتایج پژوهش موید این مطلب است که در دیدگاه مقام معظم رهبری، تعلیموتربیتاسلامی دارای مبانی علمی، فلسفی و دینی است که توجه به این مبانی محتوا و مسیر تعلیم و تربیت را در مسیر صحیح و رو به سوی کمال حفظ و هدایت خواهد کرد. معظم له، مهمترین ارکان تعلیموتربیت را کارگزار (معلم)، موضوع(دانشآموز) و روش تعلیم و تربیت میداند. دستیابی به اهداف غایی و واسطی تعلیموتربیتاسلامی، نیازمند اتخاذ راهبرد مناسب در زمینه بهرهگیری از منابع انسانی و فیزیکی است که با برنامه و روش بهینه عملیاتی خواهد شد. در این مسیر، پایش و ارزیابی مداوم، اقدام مهم و ضروری است که باید انجام شود. این الگو میتواند سرلوحه حرکت نظام تعلیموتربیت کشور در تراز تمدن اسلامی قرار گیرد. | ||

| Education is one of the most central issues in any state and society, therefore Ayatollah Khamenei as the highest person in Iran's political system and one of the prominent personalities of the Islamic world to raise it many times in his statements. This research is qualitative and thematic analysis. The field of study is 491 statements of Ayatollah Khamenei during his leadership period. The data were analyzed by thematic analysis method and then a process model of Islamic education was developed. During this research, 11 organizing themes and 66 basic themes were identified, which include 5 inclusive themes. The results of the research confirm that in the opinion of Ayatollah Khamenei, Islamic education and training has scientific, philosophical and religious foundations. The most important elements of education are the agent (teacher), the subject (student) and the method of education. Achieving the final and intermediate goals requires the adoption of a suitable strategy. Continuous monitoring and evaluation is an important and necessary action to be taken. This model can be positioned at the forfront of the movement to transforme the coutry’s education system at the level of Islamic civilization. | ||
