| چکیده | ||
| یکی از شیوههای مناسب آموزش و تربیت، الگوبرداری از چهرههای موفق است. این پژوهش با هدف تدوین الگوی آموزش و تربیت نظامی-انتظامی مبتنی بر مکتب شهید سلیمانی انجام شد. جامعه آماریِ این پژوهش پژوهش کاربردی و کیفی را مقالات نمایه شده در پایگاههای علمی کشور تا پایان سال 1400 درباره مکتب سلیمانی، سخنان مکتوب فرماندهی کل قوا و فرماندهان نظامی در مورد ایشان و نوشتههای منتشر شده خود این شهید در پایگاه رسمی شهید سلیمانی به تعداد 255 سند تشکیل دادند که بهصورت تمامشمار تحلیل شدند. 453 گزاره استخراج شده، با تکنیک تحلیل مضمون بررسی و الگوی پژوهش آشکار شد. استناد به بنیانهای نظری و تجربی پذیرفته شده و تبعیت از روش علمی، بهانضمام روایت معقول، منطقی و باورپذیر از الگوی پژوهش، گواه روایی و پایایی پژوهش است. همچنین استفاده از روش توافق دو کدگذار، توافق 85 درصدی را نشان داد و روی الگوی نهایی پژوهش نیز با نظرات چهارده نفر خبره دانشگاهی در حوزه آموزش نظامی-انتظامی اجماع حاصل شد. در این الگو دو بعد فردی[مولفههای دینی-اعتقادی؛ روانشناختی-اخلاقی] و حرفه ای[مدیریت؛ رهبری] در سه سطح نگرش، دانش و رفتار شناسایی شد و میتواند بهعنوان مبنای در گزینش و نیز آموزش و توسعه نظامیان و انتظامیان مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. | ||

| One of the appropriate methods of education and training is modeling successful figures. This research was conducted with the aim of developing a model of military-discipline training based on the school of Martyr Soleimani. The statistical population of this research consists of: articles indexed in the scientific databases ofthe country until the end of 1400 about the Soleimani school, the written words of military commanders about him and the published writings of this martyr himself in the official database of Martyr Soleimani (255 documents). 453 propositions were extracted from the texts and analyzed with thematic analysis technique. By referring to accepted theoretical and experimental foundations andby following the scientific method, including a reasonable, logical and believable narrative of the research model, this research is valid and reliable. Also, using the agreement method of two coders showed an agreement of 85%, and a consensus was reached on the final model of the research with the opinions of fourteen university experts in the field of military-disciplinary training. In this model, two individual dimensions [religious-belief; psychological-ethical] and professional [management; leadership] were identified in three levels of attitude, knowledge and behavior. This model can be used to select and train soldiers and police officers. | ||
