| چکیده | ||
| تجارت خدمات طی چند دهه اخیر، به ویژه در کشورهای در حال توسعه دارای روندی رو به رشد بوده است. صادرات خدمات علاوه بر توسعه بخش کالایی، باعث اشتغال زایی، بهبود تراز تجاری و رشد اقتصادی کشورها می شود. در این پژوهش الگو توسعه صادرات خدمات فنی مهندسی طراحی شد. ایـن تحقیـق از حیـث هدف،کاربـردی و از حیـث روش، پیمایشـی اسـت و بـا مطالعـات کتابخانه ای و مصاحبه صورت پذیرفت. درنهایت در بخش مصاحبه 20 نفر از خبرگان و متخصصان با تجربه شناسایی شدند پس از مطالعه مبانی نظری، بر مبنای مجهولات ادبیات تحقیق، سؤالات مصاحبه طراحی و پس از انجام مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و تجزیهوتحلیل آن، عوامل تاثیرگذار شناسایی و ازنظر خبرگان به تائید رسید جامعه آماری شامل خبرگان شرکتهای فعال صادرکننده خدمات فنی مهندسی بود .پس از احصاء عوامل، تحلیل عاملی انجامشده و برای هر عامل ضریب مسیر طراحی گردید. عوامل 1- استاندارد، 2- فنی، 3- سیاسی و 4-مدیریت بازرگانی به ترتیب عوامل اصلی مؤثر بر توسعه صادرات خدمات فنی مهندسی تعیین شدند. عامل استاندارد با چهار مولفه 1-خدمات، 2-رویه مدیریتی، 3- تجهیزات سنگین و 4- تجهیزات سبک؛ بخش فنی با چهار مولفه 1-ارتباط فنی، 2-دانش پرسنل، 3-تجهیزات بهروز و 4- تجربه پرسنل؛ عوامل سیاسی با چهار مولفه 1- اصلاح دیدگاه، 2-کسب لابی، 3-توجه به کشورهای کمتر توسعهیافته و 4- ارتباطات مالی و عامل مدیریت بازرگانی با چهار مولفه 1-انتخاب شیوه صحیح صادرات، 2-حضور در تصمیمات کلان، 3-برندسازی و 4-بروز رسانی و تخصص، بهعنوان عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه صادرات فنی مهندسی تعیین شدند. | ||

| The service trade has been growing over the past few decades, especially in developing countries. Export of services, in addition to developing the commodity sector, creates jobs, improves the trade balance and economic growth of countries. In this research, the export development model of engineering technical services was designed. This research is applied in terms of purpose and survey in terms of method and was done through library studies and interviews. Finally, in the interview section, 20 experienced experts and specialists were identified who were willing to cooperate with the researcher. And has been confirmed by experts. The statistical population included experts of companies active in exporting technical engineering services. After counting the factors, factor analysis was performed and the path coefficient was designed for each factor. Factors 1- standard, 2- technical, 3- political and 4- business management were determined as the main factors affecting the development of export of technical engineering services, respectively. Standard agent with four components: 1- service, 2- management procedure, 3- heavy equipment and 4- light equipment; Technical section with four components: 1- technical communication, 2- personnel knowledge, 3- up-to-date equipment and 4- personnel experience; Political factors with four components: 1- reforming views, 2- gaining lobbying, 3- paying attention to less developed countries, and 4- financial relations and business management factor with four components: 1- choosing the right export method, 2- participating in big decisions, 3- Branding and 4- updating and specialization were identified as effective factors on the development of engineering technical exports. | ||
