| افزایش مهاجرت و حضور افغانستانی‌ها در ایران یکی از بحران‌هایی است که پژوهش‌های انجام شده به برخی از ابعاد آن پرداخته‌اند. درحالی که مهم‌ترین بُعد مهاجرت، تبیین علل مهاجرت و البته وضعیت مهاجرین در ایران است که کمتر به آن پرداخته شده است. در این پژوهش از روش مطالعه اسنادی و میدانی به صورت مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته از 12 نفر افراد صاحب‌نظر در این حوزه استفاده شد که پس از آن، به روش تحلیل مضمون کدگذاری مصاحبه‌ها صورت گرفت که 109 مضمون پایه به دست آمد؛ سپس با ارتباط‌دهی میان آن‌ها 29 مضمون سازمان‌یافته کشف شد. در نهایت این مضامین در ذیل 8 مضمون فراگیر قرار گرفتند. پس از طبقه‌بندی شبکه مضامین، یک مدل مهاجرتی نسبتاً جامع از چرایی افزایش جمعیت مهاجران افغانستانی در ایران بر اساس نظریه اورت. سی. لی ترسیم شد که شامل 4 دسته عوامل شخصی، منطقه مبدأ، منطقه مقصد و مداخله‌گر است. همچنین عوامل منفی و خنثی در منطقه مقصد، نشان می‌دهد در تأمین امنیت انسانی مهاجران افغانستانی در ابعاد امنیت شخصی، سیاسی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی دچار ضعف‌ها و نواقصی است. در نتیجه برای کاهش میزان مهاجرت افغانستانی‌ها به ایران و بهبود وضعیت آن‌ها در زمان حضور در ایران، سیاست‌گذاران جمهوری اسلامی ایران باید به ایجاد سیاست‌های مهاجرتی جامع و متوازن توجه کنند. | ||

| The increase in immigration and the presence of Afghans in Iran is one of the crises that the researches have addressed some of its dimensions. While the most important aspect of migration is the explanation of the causes of migration and of course the situation of immigrants in Iran, which has been less discussed. In this research, the method of documentary and field study was used in the form of semi-structured interviews with 12 experts in this field, after which the interviews were coded using the method of thematic analysis, and 109 basic themes were obtained. Then, by communicating between them, 29 organized themes were discovered. Finally, these themes were included under 8 overarching themes. After classifying the network of themes, a relatively comprehensive immigration model of why the population of Afghan immigrants in Iran increases based on Evert. S. Lee's theory was drawn, which includes 4 categories of personal factors, source area, destination area and interventionist. Also, the negative and neutral factors in the destination area it shows that there are weaknesses and shortcomings in ensuring the human security of Afghan refugees in the dimensions of personal, political, social, and economic security. As a result, in order to reduce the amount of migration of Afghans to Iran and improve their situation during their stay in Iran, the policy makers of the Islamic Republic of Iran should pay attention to the creation of comprehensive and balanced immigration policies. | ||
