| چکیده | ||

| چکیده [English] | ||
| The emerging Islamic civilization, in both its theoretical and practical dimensions, faces a fundamental question regarding “woman” and her position. This question must not be confined within the limits of traditional reductionism or hybridized with Western paradigms; rather, it requires the creation of a new framework that recognizes the multilayered responsibilities of women. Examining the role of women without considering the concept and institution of the family leads to an incomplete and distorted understanding of their function. One of the main identity and structural pillars of civilizations is reflected in their model of family formation and governance, in which the role of women is crucial. Indeed, the distinctiveness of civilizations can, in part, be traced to their differing definitions of women’s roles. This study aims to explain the role and position of women in the Islamic society, such that their role is defined simultaneously in relation to the Islamic government, as the beating heart of the family, and as an influential member of society. The central issue is not the elimination or weakening of these spheres, but rather the clarification of the logic of prioritization among them. The research was conducted through documentary methods and the study of library sources. The findings indicate that in the new Islamic civilization, women are neither socially absent—as portrayed by some theorists—nor followers of the Western model of gender equality in public presence. Instead, the Islamic civilizational model presents a third paradigm, in which the definition of women’s roles is based on their duties toward the Islamic government, society, family, and the unique physical and spiritual nature of women. | ||
