| چکیده [English] | ||
| The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of the perspective-based interventions on the Executive Functions of divorced women. The research method was semi-experimental with a pre-test and post-test design with a control group. The research population was all divorced women covered by Mohiban Al-Reza Charity Institute (peace be upon him) and Himan Counseling Center of Mashhad in 1401. Among these women, 30 people with executive dysfunction were voluntarily selected and randomly tested and controlled in two groups of 15 people. The time perspective program was implemented during 6 sessions for the experimental group, but the control group received an intervention. The research tool was a questionnaire of deficiencies in executive functioning (Barkley, 2012), which was completed in two stages: pre-test and post-test. The data were analyzed using multivariate and univariate analysis of covariance. The results showed that the intervention based on time perspectives was effective in improving the executive functioning of divorced women (p<0.05). Also, intervention based on time perspective was effective on the five components of executive functioning, including self-organization, self-control, self-motivation, emotional self-regulation, and time self-management (p<0.05). Based on the findings of this research, it can be concluded that intervention based on time perspective by clarifying the thinking process in three time perspectives of past, present and future, that is, paying more attention to the positive past, paying attention to the present and making it appear important The future along with numerous exercises will improve the executive activity and its components. | ||
