| چکیده | ||

| چکیده [English] | ||
| The aim of this study was to explore the intrapersonal and interpersonal lived experiences of children of war veterans. A mixed-method design was employed; in the quantitative phase, descriptive statistics were used to examine the demographic characteristics of the sample, while in the qualitative phase, semi-structured interviews were conducted and analyzed using thematic analysis. Findings revealed that in the emotional–affective domain, participants reported experiences of psychological stress, pride, negative emotions, emotional deprivation, feelings of pity, and hope for the future. In the family domain, value-based upbringing, increased responsibilities, communication conflicts, and restricted family interactions were identified. In the social domain, labeling, perceptions of injustice, social responsibility, and feelings of being unappreciated were highlighted. In the academic–occupational domain, participants described being labeled as “quota students,” a lack of structured planning for talent development, and a tendency toward specific fields of study. In the economic domain, financial difficulties, high medical expenses, and a belief in earning halal income were noted. In the spiritual–value domain, participants reported both adherence to religious principles and, in some cases, a decline in religious beliefs. These results reflect the complexity and multidimensional nature of the lived experiences of veterans’ children, emphasizing the need for supportive organizations to address their psychological, social, economic, and familial needs. | ||
