| The aim of this research was to determine the influential components of social networks on family educational functions in order to design a model. The research was qualitative, with grounded theory approach and data collection method of studying upstream documents and semi-structured interviews. The statistical population included cyber police experts(FATA) and professors from Kermanshah universities, and targeted sampling was done snowball sampling. Data analysis was done using the Corbin and Strauss continuous comparative analysis method. The results of the data analysis included six main components in the form of a paradigm model: causal conditions (attention to family educational functions affected by social networks), contextual conditions (promotion of media literacy), intervening conditions (cultural-social and religious structures prevailing in Iranian society), phenomenon (opportunities and threats of social networks), strategies (internal organizational strategies of the police, preventive participatory strategies with other organizations and institutions (external organizations)), and outcomes (enhancement of family educational functions at individual and societal levels). The results of this research showed that, considering the influence of social networks, enhancing media literacy, attention to cultural-social and religious structures of Iranian society, and providing multiple strategies lead to strengthening and improving family educational functions at individual and societal levels | ||
