| چکیده دیپلماسی دفاعی یکی از ابزارهای مؤثر دولتها در توسعه همکاری بینالمللی و همگرایی منطقهای در جهت حفظ صلح و امنیت پایدار، ایجاد اتحادها و ائتلافها و پیمانهای دفاعی، تنشزدایی و اعتمادسازی، جلوگیری از بروز منازعه و کنترل بر محیط امنیتی است. در قانون برنامه هفتم توسعه، با توجه به جایگاه جمهوری اسلامی ایران در منطقه غرب آسیا و نظام بینالملل، بر ارتقای کمی و کیفی ظرفیتها و زیرساختهای دفاعی، نظامی، اطلاعاتی، امنیتی، علمی و فنی به منظور تأمین امنیت ملی و حفاظت از منافع ملی کشور تأکید شده است. این پژوهش درصدد پاسخ به این پرسش است که مهم-ترین نقش هوش مصنوعی در کارآمدی دیپلماسی دفاعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در پرتو قانون برنامه هفتم توسعه چیست؟ یافتههای پژوهش نشان میدهد فناوری هوش مصنوعی به عنوان مؤلفه جدید قدرت جهانی با قابلیت فرماندهی وکنترل، پردازش و تحلیل دادهها، شناسایی هدف، نظارت بر تهدید، شبیهسازی میدان نبرد و هوشمندسازی جنگ افزارهای نظامی، به عنوان یکی از پیشرانهای تأثیرگذار در حوزههای نظامی و دفاعی و اطلاعاتی و امنیتی است که در ارتقای توان ترکیبی و افزایش کارآمدی دیپلماسی دفاعی ایران در راستای اهداف قانون برنامه هفتم توسعه نقش تعیینکننده دارد. کلیدواژهها: هوش مصنوعی، دیپلماسی دفاعی ایران، قدرت هوشمند، قانون برنامه هفتم توسعه. | ||

| The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Enhancing the Efficiency of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Defense Diplomacy within the Framework of the Seventh Development Plan Act Abstract Defense diplomacy is one of the pivotal instruments for governments to extend the international cooperation and regional integration, to secure sustainable peace and security, formation of alliances and defense pacts, the management of detente and confidence-building, conflict prevention, and the strategic oversight of the security milieu. In the Seventh Development Plan Act, because of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s significant position within the West Asian geopolitical landscape and the international order, it is emphasized on the enhancement of both quantitative and qualitative capacities and defense, military, intelligence, security, scientific, and technical infrastructures domains for elevating the national security and safeguarding the nation’s vital interests. This research aims to answer this question: What is the most important role of artificial intelligence (AI) in defense efficiency of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in the light of the Seventh Development Plan Act? Empirical findings of the research show that artificial intelligence technology, as a new component of global power, offering advanced capabilities in authority and control, sophisticated data processing and analysis, target identification, threat monitoring, battlefield simulation, and the smartization of military weapons, is as one of the effective drivers of progress in military, defense, intelligence, and security spheres which plays a decisive role in enhancing the combined power and increasing the efficiency of Iran’s defense diplomacy, and in the line with the goals of the Seventh National Development Plan Act.
