| فرآیند تمدنسازی در اسلام، از دولت نبوی تا شکلگیری تمدن اسلامی قرون چهارم و پنجم هجری، همواره بهعنوان الگویی راهبردی برای بازتولید تمدن نوین اسلامی مورد توجه اندیشه سیاسی آیتالله خامنهای بوده است. مسئلهی اصلی این پژوهش، پاسخ به این سؤال است که دولت اسلامی که بتواند به سوی جامعهپردازی و در نهایت نیل به تمدن اسلامی حرکت کند، باید دارای چه مؤلفههایی باشد؟ هدف این پژوهش، نشان دادن پیوستگی منطقی میان مؤلفههایی است که در دولت نبوی موجب تمدنسازی شدند و مؤلفههایی که رهبر انقلاب در اندیشهی خود، بهویژه در بیانیهی گام دوم انقلاب، برای شکلگیری دولت اسلامی توصیه میکنند. این مطالعه با روش تحلیل مضمون به تحلیل تطبیقی این دو تجربه میپردازد. جمعآوری دادهها با مراجعه به بیانات در مقام بیان رهبر معظم انقلاب در موضوع تحقیق و تکمیل آن با جستجوی کلیدواژهای انجام شده است. یافتهها نشان میدهد که مؤلفههای بنیادین چون «ایمان و معنویت»، «عدالت و قسط»، «علم و معرفت» و «اقتدار و عزت»، هم در دولت نبوی و هم در دولت اسلامی مورد نظر رهبر انقلاب، محور جامعهپردازی و زمینهسازی برای تمدن نوین اسلامی هستند. در نتیجه، استقرار و نهادینهسازی این مؤلفهها در دولت اسلامی معاصر، همان نقشی را ایفا میکند که در دولت نبوی منجر به تحقق تمدن نخستین شد و مسیر تحقق تمدن نوین اسلامی را ترسیم میکند. | ||

| The process of civilization-building in Islam, from the Prophetic state to the formation of Islamic civilization, has consistently been regarded in Ayatollah Khamenei’s political thought as a strategic model for the realization of the New Islamic Civilization. The main question of this study is: what components should an Islamic state possess in order to advance toward society-building and ultimately achieve Islamic civilization? The purpose of this research is to demonstrate the logical continuity between the components that enabled civilization-building in the Prophetic state and the components that the Leader of the Islamic Revolution recommends for the formation of the Islamic state in his intellectual framework, with particular emphasis on the Second Phase of the Revolution Statement. Employing a thematic analysis method and extracting themes from the statements of the Supreme Leader—while emphasizing the Second Phase Statement in explaining the components of the contemporary Islamic state—this study conducts a comparative analysis of these two experiences. The findings indicate that fundamental components such as “faith and spirituality,” “justice and equity,” “knowledge and cognition,” and “power and dignity” constitute the core axes of society-building and civilization-making in both the Prophetic state and the Islamic state envisioned by the Leader of the Islamic Revolution. Consequently, the establishment and institutionalization of these components in the contemporary Islamic state fulfill the same role they played in the Prophetic state in realizing the first Islamic civilization and delineate the path toward the realization of the New Islamic Civilization. | ||
