| چکیده | ||
| توجه به جایگاه زنان و تکریم آنان از ارزشهای مهم جامعه قرآنی است که خدای تعالی ضمن تصریح در بسیاری از آیات قرآن با نامگذاری سوره نساء نیز بدان تاکید نموده است. در این میان، توجه به مسایل روانی- اجتماعی زنان در امر ازدواج و به خصوص دوران طلاق از جمله مواردی است که توجه و اهتمام به آن در تفسیر و تبیین صحیح آیات ضروری مینماید. در همین راستا، این پژوهش به روش توصیفی و تحلیل انتقادی و با رویکرد مبتنی بر لغت شناسی، توجه به سیاق و تفسیر قرآن به قرآن و با تمرکز بر فراز «تَسْرِیحٌ بِإِحْسَانٍ» اثبات میکند، فضای کلی قرآن با فرازهای مشابهی چون «سَرِّحُوهُنَّ بِمَعْرُوفٍ»، «فَارِقُوهُنَّ بِمَعْرُوفٍ» و به همراه گزارههایی آمرانه و ناهیانه در پی آن است که کیفیتی حداکثری از حقوق زنان توسط مردان در موضوع طلاق را فرهنگسازی نماید. قرآن برای این کیفیت، از احسان، نه به معنای حقوق واجب زن، بلکه اعطا و بخششی جدا، متضمن نصرت و حمایت مالی- روانی او استفاده کرده و سپس در آیات بعد، با استفاده از واژه «معروف» به عنوان الگو و فرهنگی جاری در سبک زندگی مسلمانان، بدان تصریح و تاکید نموده است. | ||

| Paying attention to the status of women and honoring them is one of the important values of the Quranic society, which God Almighty has emphasized in many verses of the Quran by naming Surah Nesa. In the meantime, paying attention to women's psycho-social issues in the matter of marriage and especially during divorce is one of the things that need to be paid attention to in correct interpretation and explanation of the verses. In this regard, this research, using a descriptive and critical analysis method and with an approach based on lexicology, paying attention to the context and interpretation of the Qur'an to the Qur'an and focusing on the section « tas̊rīhe be ehsan » proves the general atmosphere of the Qur'an with similar sections such as «sareḥūhunah be mae̊rūf», «feāreqūhunah be mae̊rūf»" and with Imperative and limited propositions seek to culture the maximum quality of women's rights by men in the issue of divorce. For this quality, the Qur'an has used Ihsan, not in the sense of a woman's obligatory rights, but a separate gift and forgiveness, which includes support and financial-psychological support for her, and then in the following verses, by using the word " mae̊rūf ", it is used as a model and current culture in the lifestyle of Muslims. has specified and emphasized. | ||
