| چکیده | ||
| پژوهش حاضر از حیث هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت، کیفی با رویکرد تحلیل محتوا است. این پژوهش با هدف تبیین مدل مفهومی دانشگاه نسل چهارم در ایران و بررسی ابعاد تأثیرگذار آن بر توسعه ملی انجام شده است. روش پژوهش از نوع کیفیِ اسنادی و تحلیلی است. دادهها از طریق مرور نظاممند منابع داخلی و بینالمللی مرتبط با دانشگاههای نسل جدید، حکمرانی دانش و سیاستهای علم و فناوری گردآوری و بر اساس رویکرد تحلیل محتوا، کدگذاری و طبقهبندی شدند. برای این منظور کلیه اسناد بالادستی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در حوزه علم و فناوری، آموزش عالی و توسعه ملی، سیاستها و قوانین مرتبط با دانشگاهها و ادبیات علمی مرتبط با دانشگاههای نسل چهارم و توسعه ملی (اعم از مقالات علمی–پژوهشی، گزارشها، کتابها و پایاننامهها) مورد مطالعه و بررسی قرار گرفتند. پس از مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی،یافتههای پژوهش در قالب پنج مضمون اصلی استخراج شد که عبارت بودند از: نوآوری و کارآفرینی فناورانه، تعامل و مسئولیت اجتماعی، سیاستپژوهی و حکمرانی دانش، نظام حکمرانی دانشگاهی نوگرا، توسعه سرمایه انسانی و فرهنگ نوآوری. این مضامین، چارچوبی بومی برای درک نقش دانشگاه در اقتصاد دانشبنیان و گذار به نظام حکمرانی علمی پویا فراهم میآورند. بر این اساس، دانشگاه نسل چهارم در جمهوری اسلامی ایران با تأکید بر یکپارچگی مأموریتهای آموزشی، پژوهشی و اجتماعی ضمن نقشآفرینی در توسعه ملی به کنشگری فعال در شبکههای ملی و منطقهای تبدیل شود. | ||

| The present study is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in nature with a content analysis approach. This study aims to explain the conceptual model of the fourth generation university in Iran and examine its influential dimensions on national development. The research method is qualitative, documentary and analytical. The data were collected through a systematic review of domestic and international sources related to new generation universities, knowledge governance, and science and technology policies, and were coded and classified based on the content analysis approach. For this purpose, all upstream documents of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the fields of science and technology, higher education, and national development, policies and laws related to universities, and scientific literature related to fourth generation universities and national development (including scientific-research articles, reports, books, and theses) were studied and reviewed. After the open, axial, and selective coding phase, the research findings were extracted in the form of five main themes: technological innovation and entrepreneurship, social interaction and responsibility, policy research and knowledge governance, modern university governance system, human capital development, and innovation culture. These themes provide a native framework for understanding the role of the university in the knowledge-based economy and the transition to a dynamic scientific governance system. Accordingly, the fourth-generation university in the Islamic Republic of Iran, emphasizing the integration of educational, research, and social missions, while playing a role in national development, should become an active actor in national and regional networks | ||
