| چکیده | ||

| چکیده [English] | ||
| Popular slogans in crisis situations are not simply emotional and fleeting reactions, but rather compact and suggestive texts in which emotion, ideology, memory, and identity boundaries are simultaneously condensed. Based on Stuart Hall’s representation theory, this study examines how national identity, resistance, and the enemy are represented in popular slogans related to the Iran-US military crisis period. The main question of the article is how popular slogans in the Second Iran-US War (March 22, 1404 - April 15, 1405) construct a collective “we,” a “threatening other,” and “resistance,” and what discursive and linguistic mechanisms are used in this process? The research method is qualitative and based on a textual and interpretive analysis of a collection of popular slogans arising from the context of the crisis. The findings show that national identity in these slogans is not constructed as a purely territorial identity, but rather through the articulation of national, religious, epic, and historical elements. Also, the enemy in these texts is represented as a “threatening other” through otherization, stereotyping, symbolic humiliation, and dual confrontations. Alongside these two, resistance in the slogans is constructed as a multi-layered concept that simultaneously implies unity and collective mobilization, deterrent power, and the sacred and identity-building. | ||
