چکیده | ||

چکیده [English] | ||
Despite the instability of business environment and technological progress, organizations are not able to pursue their activities with the same price and quality. Hence, entrepreneurship is considered as a key factor in competitive advantages. Organizational culture is also a key factor in the organizational entrepreneurship. It paves the way for the entrepreneurship in the business by creating and attaining knowledge. This research is aimed at investigating the effect of entrepreneurship via organizational culture on organizational effectiveness. This descriptive research follows a correlational investigation. Data collection is conducted by questionnaires distributed among 132 subjects of the sample group who were selected by random sampling from a population of the employees of technological and developmental companies in Tehran. The results indicated that attaining knowledge as a support for other components is effective in increasing efficiency. Moreover, the relationship between organizational learning culture and organizational entrepreneurship and its direct effect on organizational effectiveness proposes the idea that organizations can increase entrepreneurship by attaining knowledge and making cognitive and behavioral changes. It plays a great role in increasing effectiveness of the organization.
