Abstract | ||
These days, due to the competition among organizations and companies on achieving more profit, it is vital to have control of the resources. Organizations have now realized that talents are resources which need management to get best outcomes. This research is intended to study the relationship between talent management processes and organizational performance. This is an applied research which follows a descriptive correlation method. Research population includes all the 281 employees of Gilan Ports and Maritime Organization (PMO), among whom 162 employees were selected as sample group according to Morgan Table. A questionnaire containing 41 questions was employed to collect data. Pierson's bivariate correlation coefficient and multivariate regression were employed to analyze the data. The results indicated that there is significant relationship between talent management activities and the quality and creativity of services. The results also indicated that there was a significant relationship between activities to maintain talents in the organization and the quality of services. Moreover, attraction of higher talents to the organization had positive effects on promotion of innovative capabilities in the organization. | ||
