| Abstract | ||
| while over the past decade , problems such as high fertility levels and population growth in developing countries , reducing the fertility level is one of the most important issues . many countries have been concerned with demographic data . still , recent years of low fertility rates have only been developed in the field of issues and problems of communities . and because of the sudden change in trends and patterns of fertility , down and down levels of succession , concern arising from those countries now , development is taken like iran . first alarm for iran after census the year 2006 and the announcement of total fertility ( 2 / 8 ) of the tfrs - 1 are called in the voice and then in the results the census of 2011 , which estimated TFR3 , was estimated to be 69 , the process of reducing fertility rates all confirmed . however , due to the age structure of the population of iran , annual population growth remains positive and at the 2010 census , it was estimated to be 29 percent , according to the decrease . gradual increase in fertility rate in iran and depletion of this area to sub - level of succession and reduction there is a constant worry that , if this level of fertility continues , iran is experiencing negative population growth during the years not so far in the future . the result is exposure to an elderly and aged population . and the european union faced this problem in the past five decades and went away from it . impossible . 13 because the population is concerned with construction , composition and distribution ( one of the components of authority and power ) national and the strength of internal structure is the power of any country and to make changes and actions population policy entails constant change in a population of population , which is missing the decade will last , and the neglect of those losses will be irreversible . on the other hand , 1 . professor of imam hossein university ( pbuh ) tfrs . 2 or the overall rate of fertility is the number of children one female during the potential reproductive period ( 15 to 49 years ) . 3 total Fertility Rate3 . journal of afaq security / eighth year / number twenty eighth - fall of 2015 journal of scientific - research afaq arabia / eighth year / number twenty eighth - fall of 2015 108 attention to the hegemony of the world system and applying their demographic policies through institutions and the global organization , such as the united nations and the world bank , in providing financial assistance and services population control and committed countries to implement population control policy in exchange borrowing and holding five global seminar on reducing population of developing countries , the design of the question is the fundamental question , and this is concerned unless the role of the population ( population ) of the volume , construction and composition ( each country has a share in the national authority of a country which despite the most immoral actions economic blockade against the islamic republic of the islamic republic after the islamic revolution never interrupt in the united nations population division and the world bank in population control policy and doesn 't it happen ? have these concerns over recent conflicts demographers , as well as developers of macro - state policy and in words supreme leader on the necessity of changing demographic policy related to the amount of births and regulation family can be found . this article is based on a review of the relationship between population and authority ( political , economic ) and national ( , changes and demographic changes in the developed countries and the challenges that arise of the fertility rate below the succession and aging population in these communities and the problems caused and in response to the of fertility under succession and aging of structure the age of the population has paved the way for a deeper study of demographic change in accordance with the current population structure of iran and if possible , effective factors and to facilitate this drastic reduction . | ||
