Abstract | ||
Organization, as one of the most important factors influencing the society changes, has played great roles in human communities for years, having changed them into organizational communities. Hence, spiritless organizations with special functions as well as malfunctions are controlling human societies. Emphasizing on instrumental rationality and ignoring essential rationality, these organizations mainly focus on survival as their main goal. They have turned into passive social entities, which try to adapt themselves with environment for their survival. Isar-oriented organization (focusing on preference), however, can play better roles in leading societies to their virtual ends, due to their faith-oriented foundations. In such organizations, commitment to Unity of God, freedom, inner control, giving service to others, endurance, flexibility and initiation are institutionalized. Reviewing the malfunctions of the current organization, this research tries to clarify the basic assumptions of Isar-oriented organizations, as well as their exclusive functions and traits through a basis-oriented approach to sustain their effects on societies. | ||
