| چکیده | ||
| این پژوهش در پی پاسخ به این سؤال است که اولویتبندی موانع برنامهریزی راهبردی در هیئتهای مذهبی چگونه است؛ لذا پس از شناسایی موانع برنامهریزی راهبردی، پرسشنامه مقایسه زوجی موانع تدوین شد که در میان خبرگان و صاحبنظران توزیع، و پس از تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها مشخص شد که موانع به ترتیب عبارت است از: سبک مدیریت و رهبری، فرهنگ سازمانی، ارزشها و نیازهای فردی، محیط فرهنگی ـ اقتصادی، مأموریت و راهبرد، جو واحد کاری، محیط اجتماعی، کارها و نقشهای فردی و قوانین. در نهایت بر اساس رتبه بندی موانع، پیشنهاد‌هایی برای رفع آنها ارائه شد. | ||

| The Research is to answer the question: How is the prioritization of the strategic programming hindrances in the religious bodies? Thus, after recognizing the strategic programming hindrances, the questionnaire of the hindrances paired comparison was formulated which was divided between the experts and authorities. The analysis of the data displayed that the hindrances are the style of management, leadership, organizational culture, individual needs and values, cultural-economical environment, mission and strategy, the climate of the business unit, social environment, individual roles and activities, and the rules, respectively. Finally, some suggestions were made to resolve the hindrances based on the ranks of the prioritized hindrances. | ||
