Abstract
To synthesize the outcomes of the past researches, the meta-synthesis method has been used in the article. After searching the sources, 28 related articles were found to recognize the jihadi management elements. The research results have been classified into ten topics through this method and regarding the tasks and subjects relating to the management science. The ten parts include programming, goal-setting, communications, organizing, leadership, value system, decision-making, controlling, paying attention to growth and empowerment, resources and facilities, creativity and innovation. Finally, a definition of the jihadi management was presented for explaining its nature: jihadi management is removing and boldly and creatively recompensing challenges and shortages; and creating new capacities by the minimum ceremony and resources through sacrificing and brotherly double struggling toward Allah’s nearness.
