چکیده | ||
هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر ریسک زنجیره تأمین و اندازه گیری اثرات آن در صنایع تولیدی لبنیات کشور میباشد. این مقاله از نوع پژوهش های کاربردی و به روش توصیفی، از نوع همبستگی بوده و از تکنیک های تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه و تحلیل مسیر در تعیین عوامل مؤثر بر ریسک زنجیره تأمین استفاده شده است. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه است که دارای 37 سؤال میباشد. برای سنجش پایایی پرسشنامه مقدار ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و برای سنجش اعتبار از آزمون، KMO و سطح تحت پوشش بارتلت4 استفاده شده است. براساس نتایج حاصل، مشخص شد که هفت عامل سیاسی، بازار، فناوری اطلاعات، اختلال، تأمین، تولید و همکاری و ارتباطات بر ریسک زنجیره تأمین در صنایع تولیدی لبنیات اثرگذار هستند. در ادامه برای مشخص شدن نقش مستقیم و غیرمستقیم هر یک از عوامل بر متغیر وابسته از تحلیل مسیر استفاده گردید و مشخص شد که عوامل فناوری اطلاعات، تولید و تأمین بیشترین اثر را بر ریسک زنجیره تأمین این صنایع دارند. | ||

An Analytical Approach for Identifying the Effective Factors in Supply Chain Risk | ||

The purpose of this paper is defining the effective factors on the risk of supply chain and measures its effect on the manufacturing industries. This study is a practical research with a descriptive correlation method, that used the multiple regression analysis and path analysis techniques to determine factors affecting the risk of supply chain. Data collection tool is a questionnaire that has 37 questions. To evaluate the reliability of the questionnaire Cronbach’s alpha, and for assess the validity of the questionnaire, KMO test and Bartlett's test has been used. According to the results, it has been defined that seven factors have been affected the supply chain's risk. They are Political, marketing, information technology, disruption, supply, production, collaboration and communication factors. In continues, for determine the direct and indirect role of each factor on the dependent variable, path analysis has been used and It was found that IT factor has the most effect on supply chain risk. | ||
