چکیده | ||
مدیریت زنجیره تامین، که از دو دهه گذشته تاکنون در صنایع تولیدی، نقش کلیدی در ارتقاء صنعت ایفاء میکند، میتواند بهعنوان ابزاری برای یکپارچه سازی ماهیت صنعت هتلداری بهعنوان یکی از مهمترین حلقههای توسعهی گردشگری بهکار رود. اهمیت شناسایی الگوهای موجود در مدیریت زنجیره تأمین در این بخش و استفاده از این الگوها با توجه بهخلاء موجود در این زمینه، دو چندان میگردد بویژه آنکهشرکتهای فعال در صنعت هتلداری بیش از یک محصول یا خدمت را ارائه میدهند که هر یک مشتریان مختلفی را هدف قرار دادهاند. از این رو توجه کافی بهایجاد ساختار و تحلیل مدیریت زنجیره تامین در این صنعت باعث سودآوری بیشتر و حفظ مزیت رقابتی صنعت گردشگری و بهویژه هتلداری میشود. بنابراین هدف از این تحقیق، احصاء و تببین روابط علّی عوامل و ویژگیهای موثر در مدیریت زنجیره تامین هتلداری میباشد که با استفاده از رویکردی کیفی-کمی در قالب 8 بعد و 55 عامل و روش نگاشتشناخت فازی انجام شده است. بدین منظور با انجام مطالعات اسنادی و مصاحبه با خبرگان صنعت هتلداری و گردشگری 24 عامل انتخاب و سپس ارتباط و اهمیت هریک در برآورده ساختن هدف در قالب دو سناریو تبیین گردید. یافتههای پژوهش حاکی از آن است که سه معیار کیفیت ارائه خدمات، تبلیغات و کیفیت سطح خدمات تامین کنندگان در پیاده سازی مدیریت زنجیره تامین در صنعت هتلداری از سایر معیارها از اهمیت بیشتری برخوردار میباشد. علاوه بر سه معیار مذکور که دارای بیشترین میزان تاثیرگذاری و تاثیرپذیری در مدیریت زنجیره تامین میباشند، معیارهای وفاداری و حفظ مشتری، مدیریت ریسک درآمدی، نرخ بازگشت سرمایه و رشد سهم داخلی و خارجی بازار در اولویت بعدی قرار گرفتند. | ||

Timely responsiveness to the requirements of the organisation and an orderly supply in right quantities, with the right price and quality, from the right supplier, at the right time and place can never be achieved except through integration within every level of the organisation, namely suppliers, storage and distribution units, transportation and other logistics service sections. Bearing in mind the significance of integration in logistics organisations and bodies, this research defines a comprehensive concept on integration in logistics, investigates existing literature on the subject and further attempts to present a throughout conceptual framework and definition on supply chain and logistics integration. In this regard, the present study initially investigates the definitive concepts in an array of domains and in particular, supply chain and logistics, and goes on to analyse past studies in terms of dimensions of integration, integration model, integration evaluation and case studies. Based upon the existing body of literature the present research then analyses the components of the logistics integration model in two domains of dimension and elements of integration and ultimately presents a conceptual model framework for logistics integration. | ||
