چکیده | ||
بانکها و موسسات مالی و اعتباری نقش بسیار مهمی در پیشرفت و توسعه اقتصادی هر کشور ایفا مینمایند. در حال حاضر با توجه به تعداد قابل توجه بانکها و موسسات مالی و اعتباری در کشور، همچنین با توجه به روند خصوصیسازی بانکهای دولتی و نیز تبدیل تعاونیهای اعتباری و موسسات مالی اعتباری به بانک، ارزیابی عملکرد آنها اهمیت ویژهای پیدا کرده است. هدف از این مقاله ارائه یک روش برای رزیابی عملکرد بانکها و موسسات مالی و اعتباری است. در این تحقیق با استفاده از نظر خبرگان و مطالعات کتابخآنهای معیارهای ارزیابی عملکرد هجده شعبه از بانک ملی طی دو مرحله احصاء شد، سپس با استفاده از روش تحلیل پوششی دادههای دو مرحلهای به ارزیابی عملکرد شعب و در نهایت رتبهبندی آنها اقدام گردید. شاخصهای مورد بررسی برای جهت ارزیابی عملکرد شعب در دو مرحله دستهبندی گردید. شاخصهای ورودی برای مرحله نخست ارزیابی شامل: متراژ شعب، تعداد کارکنان، سرمایه اولیه و هزینه عملیاتی مربوط به شعب میباشد. همچنین شاخصهای خروجی این مرحله که بهعنوان ورودی مرحله دوم نیز محسوب میشود شامل: تعداد حسابها و مبلغ کل سپرده نزد بانک میباشد. در نهایت شاخصهای سود شعبه، درآمد شعبه و مبلغ تسهیلات بهعنوان خروجی مرحله دوم دستهبندی گردید. | ||

Banks and financial and credit institutions play an important role in the economic development of each country. Currently, due to the considerable number of banks and financial and credit institutions in the country, also due to the privatization process of state-owned banks and the conversion of credit cooperatives and credit financial institutions into banks, their performance evaluation has become important. The purpose of this paper is to provide a method for evaluating the performance of banks and financial and credit institutions. In this research, using experts' opinions and library studies, banks' performance evaluation criteria were evaluated in two stages of 18 branches of Melli Bank, then two-stage data enveloping analysis method was used to evaluate the performance of branches and finally rank them. The studied indicators were categorized into two stages to evaluate the performance of branches. Input indicators for the first stage of evaluation include: the size of the branches, the number of employees, the initial capital and the operating cost of the branches. Also, the output indicators of this stage, which is also considered as the input of the second stage, include the number of accounts and the total amount of deposit with the bank. Finally, branch profit indices, branch income and facility amount were categorized as the output of the second stage. | ||
