چکیده | ||
تجارت خدمات طی چند دهه اخیر، بهویژه در کشورهای درحالتوسعه دارای روندی رو به رشد بوده است. صادرات خدمات علاوه بر توسعه بخش کالایی، باعث اشتغالزایی، بهبود تراز تجاری و رشد اقتصادی کشورها میشود. در این پژوهش الگو توسعه صادرات خدمات فنی مهندسی طراحی شد. ایـن تحقیـق از حیـث هدف، کاربـردی و از حیـث روش، پیمایشـی اسـت و بـا مطالعـات کتابخانهای و مصاحبه صورت پذیرفت. درنهایت در بخش مصاحبه 20 نفر از خبرگان و متخصصان باتجربه شناسایی شدند که حاضر به همکاری با محقق گردیدند پس از مطالعه مبانی نظری، بر مبنای مجهولات ادبیات تحقیق، سؤالات مصاحبه طراحی و پس از انجام مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و تجزیهوتحلیل آن، عوامل تأثیرگذار شناسایی و ازنظر خبرگان به تائید رسیده است. جامعه آماری شامل خبرگان شرکتهای فعال صادرکننده خدمات فنی مهندسی بود. پس از احصاء عوامل، تحلیل عاملی انجامشده و برای هر عامل ضریب مسیر طراحی گردید. عوامل 1- استاندارد، 2- فنی، 3- سیاسی و 4- مدیریت بازرگانی به ترتیب عوامل اصلی مؤثر بر توسعه صادرات خدمات فنی مهندسی تعیین شدند. عامل استاندارد با چهار مؤلفه 1- خدمات، 2- رویه مدیریتی، 3- تجهیزات سنگین و 4- تجهیزات سبک؛ بخش فنی با چهار مؤلفه 1-ارتباط فنی، 2-دانش کارکنان، 3-تجهیزات بهروز و 4- تجربه کارکنان؛ عوامل سیاسی با چهار مؤلفه 1- اصلاح دیدگاه، 2-کسب لابی، 3-توجه به کشورهای کمتر توسعهیافته و 4- ارتباطات مالی و عامل مدیریت بازرگانی با چهار مؤلفه 1- انتخاب شیوه صحیح صادرات، 2- حضور در تصمیمات کلان، 3- برند سازی و 4- بهروزرسانی و تخصص، بهعنوان عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه صادرات فنی مهندسی تعیین شدند. | ||

The service trade has been growing over the past few decades, especially in developing countries. Export of services, in addition to developing the commodity sector, creates jobs, improves the trade balance and economic growth of countries. In this research, the export development model of engineering technical services was designed. In terms of purpose, this research is applied research and it is based on survey research in terms of method and was done through library studies and interviews. Finally, a series of expert interviews was conducted with 20 experienced experts and specialists who were willing to cooperate with the researcher. The statistical population included experts of companies active in exporting technical engineering services. After the determination of factors, factor analysis was performed and the path coefficient was designed for each factor. The main factors affecting the export development of technical engineering services were determined as: standard, technical, political and business management, respectively. Factors affecting the export development of engineering technical services are as follows: The Standard factor which consists of four components, including: services, management procedure, heavy equipment and light equipment; The technical section which consists of four components, including: technical communication, personnel knowledge, up-to-date equipment and personnel experience; Political factors which consists of four components, including: viewpoint modification, lobbying, addressing less developed countries, and financial relations and finally, business management factor which consists of four components, including: appropriate export method selection, participating in key decisions, branding, and updating and specialization. | ||
