Abstract
Background and purpose: One of the main necessities for the growth and progress of any society is constant attention to the three pillars of training efficient managers, the existence of correct system laws and regulations, as well as the issue of proper and accurate supervision and inspection, which Imam Khamenei (Mudzallah al-Aali) in his statements And in their speeches with various monitoring and inspection institutions in the country, they explained its concept and framework. The purpose of this research is to identify and explain the pattern of supervision and inspection from the point of view of Imam Khamenei.
Method: This research is an interpretative research in terms of research philosophy and an exploratory research in terms of its purpose. The research strategy is qualitative and uses thematic analysis method. In the end, the method of data collection was a library with a tool to retrieve and refer to the first-hand sources of the statements of Imam Khamenei (Madazla Al-Aali). Its statistical population is the sum of the statements of Imam Khamenei (Madazla-ul-Aali) from 16 June 1368 to 25 June 1401 in subjects related to the research.

Findings and conclusions: By examining and analyzing the findings, finally 6 organizing themes were identified under the comprehensive theme of supervision and inspection, which are: objectives of supervision and inspection; Supervision and inspection authorities; types of monitoring and inspection; results and consequences of monitoring and inspection; Monitoring and inspection features and inspector features. In the implementation and naming of the themes, Max Kyoda software was used and "X Mind Map" software was used to draw the network of themes. The final model of monitoring and inspection can take an effective step in the real assessment in the country.
