چکیده | ||
مدیریت زنجیره تأمین، عامل کلیدی برای خلق و حفظ مزیت رقابتی محصولات تولیدی در بازار و یکی از مبانی زیرساختی پیادهسازی کسبوکار در دنیاست. در این مقاله یک زنجیره تأمین چهار سطحی محصولات کشاورزی در نظر گرفتهشده است که وظیفه تأمین محصولات کشاورزی موردنیاز مشتریان را پس از ثبت سفارش در یک سامانه برخط بر عهده دارد. تصمیمات کلان برای این زنجیره توسط دولت گرفته میشود و ستاد تنظیم بازار عملیات اجرایی آن را با نظارت و هماهنگی وزارتخانههای صمت و اقتصاد انجام میدهد. در راستای این پژوهش و تعیین راهبردهای برتر، ابتدا به کمک آنالیز SWOT، عوامل تأثیرگذار داخلی و خارجی زنجیره بررسی گردیده و فرآیند ایده گیری و تعیین مجموعهٔ کلی راهبردها، با استفاده از نوآوری باز و از طریق فرآیند جمعسپاری بین افراد مرتبط و ذینفع جهت مدیریت، توسعه، بهبود و اجرای هرچه بهتر سیاستها در زنجیره مشخصشدهاند. در ادامه به کمک روش آنتروپی شانون، روش تصمیمگیری چند معیاره آراس و مدلسازی ریاضی، ابتدا رتبهبندی راهبردها انجام میشود، سپس انتخاب راهبردهای برتر با توجه هزینه اجرای هر راهبرد و بودجه در دسترس صورت میگیرد. خروجیهای حاصل از اجرای مدل نشان داد که راهبردهای انتخابی بیشتر در جهت افزایش انگیزه و ترویج کشاورزی در جامعه بودهاند. | ||
