چکیده | ||
امروزه مشخص شده است که منابع انسانی به عنوان محور در موضوع توسعه پایدار نقش آفرینی می کند. بنابراین برای حفظ و تداوم این توسعه بایستی از نیروی انسانی حفاظت و زمینه بهره گیری تناسب از آنرا ایجاد کرد. یکی از راهها برای افزایش این امر، فراهم آوری ملزومات بهداشتی و ایمنی آنهاست. اما آنچه که در واقعیت مشاهده می شود، با این رویکرد در تضاد است. در این مطالعه از بررسی متون مقالات پیشین در پایگاههای معتبر علمی شامل Scopus، Web of Science و Google Scholar بهره برده شد. کلیدواژه های مورد استفاده شاملaccident ، cost، occupation، workplace،economical ، valuation بود. سپس با مطالعه فاکتورهای محاسبه گردیده در هر یک، سعی گردید گپهای عاملی موجود در هر کدام با دخیل کردن موارد مطالعات دیگر پر گردد. در این مطالعه چارچوبی جهت تعیین هزینه های حوادث ناشی از کار پیش بینی شده است که در آن سعی گردیده با دخیل کردن پارامترهای گوناگون، ابعاد مختلف و حقیقی هزینه های یک حادثه تعیین گردد. | ||
